Discussion
1. Our guiding question is that what the theme of the two articles is. The result of our discussion is that the theme is education, the amount of time you use the internet. The first article indicated that the more you use the internet; you can utilize it more effectively. The second article mentioned that the decision makers in our society should be those elites but not those who don’t have enough wisdom.
2. We also discuss the “commons” in internet field. We have many regulations that regulate the structure so far, but we don’t have regulations which can regulate “how” it is. Take the IP 6.0 system for example. It is a regulation regulates the IP address numbers. With more and more internet users, we don’t have enough numbers to present different IP address, so there is a new version of IP system. Government should constitute laws that regulate “how” internet functions.
